Obituary of Carmen M. Rosado

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Carmen Rosado. She was strong and resilient and so full of life. Her sassy nature and larger than life personality will always be remembered by anyone who knew her. She had a huge heart and would do anything for those she cared for. She lived her life by her own rules and was loved by many. Carmen was an amazing mother, loving grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend.

Carmen Rosado, 78 of Staten Island, NY, went to be with the Lord suddenly on October 7, 2024. She was born on February 23, 1946 in Corozal, PR.

Carmen was predeceased by her parents, Carmen and Carmelo; and her brothers, Luis and Edwin, and Lilberto.

She is survived by her children, Cleo Tirado and Jennifer Weissman; her siblings, Victor, Gladys, and Ornaldo; 6 grandchildren, Sheryl, Samuel, Justin, Cleofe, Mario and Jonathan, as well as 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 3pm to 4pm, followed by funeral services at 4pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private.
