I’ll never forget our trip to Six Flags. You were so kind, funny, and absolutely fearless. I didn’t have the courage to join you on some of the risky rides, and Mikie wasn’t with us that day—I think he had school, but I can’t quite remember. That day felt special, like you were my own child, and it gave us a chance to bond.
I’m so thankful to have had you in our lives and to watch you grow up alongside Mikie. I loved bringing you to our family gatherings, and my mom always enjoyed feeding you—because she loved feeding people, and you loved her food!
I also remember the time I got the call that Mikie had been shot with a BB gun, and the pellet penetrated his skin, landing him in the hospital. I never said anything, but I always wondered—what on earth were you guys thinking?
These memories will stay with me forever. Rest in peace, baby boy. You will always have a place in my heart.
