Edward Brunini, Sr., 78, of Landisville, passed away on November 2, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on January 13, 1946, in Vineland, he was the son of John Brunini, Sr. and Elizabeth (Landicini) Brunini.
Edward is survived by his wife of 58 years, Annette (Levitt) Brunini; his two sons, Edward Jr. and Douglas; his daughter-in-law Pam, and his beloved granddaughters, Gianna and Julia, to whom he was proudly known as "Poppop." He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, John Brunini. He is also survived by his siblings, Marie and Joseph, and by many nieces and nephews.
A 1965 graduate of Vineland High School, Edward went on to become a skilled building contractor. He ran his own business, Brunini & Son, where he dedicated himself to his craft and earned a reputation for hard work, honesty, and integrity. Edward built numerous homes throughout the area and was widely regarded as one of South Jersey's finest builders admired for his craftsmanship and dedication to quality.
As a longtime member and former president of the Landisville Social Club, and a dedicated member of the Diamond Social Club, he always enjoyed the excitement of a good game, with poker being his favorite, along with occasional trips to the casino.
While he was a man of few words, Edward's pride and joy was his family, especially his granddaughters, who brought him endless love and happiness. He was happiest when spending time with his beloved dog, Maddy, who was a constant source of companionship in his life.
Edward's memory lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, November 9th, 2024 at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S Lincoln Ave, Vineland, NJ 08361 with visitation from 11am to 12pm followed by a funeral service at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Edward's memory can be made to South Jersey Regional Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children's Hospital. Burial will be private.
