Obituary of Ellen B. Moratelli

Ellen B. Moratelli, 86 of Vineland, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2013 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Hazleton, Pa., she was a Vineland resident for over 62 years. Ellen was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Pompeii, St. Padre Pio Parish. She was active in the Altar Rosary Society, The Seniors Club and St. Mary's Grandparents Association. She enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting, bowling, and camping with family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents; Henry and Victoria Tamanini, son-in-law; Michael Price and grandson; Michael Price, Jr., 5 brothers; James, George, Tony, Frank, and Robert Tamanini and 2 sisters; Elsie Grant and Louise Waxman. Survived by: Her husband of 66 years, Lorenzo "Larry" R. Moratelli of Vineland Her children: Elaine Price of Florida Lauren Forgnoni (Ron) of Bowie, MD. Robert Moratelli of Vineland 7 grandchildren: Stacy O'Brien (Jeff) of Naples, Fl. Victoria and Margaret Price both of Naples, Fl. Jennifer Colonna (Michael) of Bowie, MD. Angela Forgnoni of Bowie, MD Robert Moratelli of California Victoria Moratelli of Vineland 4 great grandchildren: Chase, Chandler, Hallie and Hunter O'Brien all of Naples, Fl. 2 sisters: Irene Joyner of Hazleton, Pa. and Pauline Tamanini of Glenn Dale, MD A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11am at Padre Pio Parish, Our Lady of Pompeii Church, Vineland. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends will be received on Tuesday morning at the church from 9am to 10:45am. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Mary's School, Vineland, NJ.
