Obituary of Louis J. Desideri

Louis Jay Desideri, 54 of Vineland, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Cooper Hospital, Camden, NJ. He was employed by the Vineland Developmental Center as a truck driver and a housekeeper for 30 years. He enjoyed being a photographer and owned his own photography business. He also enjoyed collecting hats, motorcycles and M&M memorabilia. Louis loved his animals, especially Labbie and Skittles. Louis was also known as Screwy Louie, Big Lou and Shaggy. He will be sadly missed and loved by everyone. He is predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Joyce (Lazar) Desideri, his father-in-law, Val Capaldi. Louis is survived by his wife of 14 years, Denise (Capaldi) Desideri Mother-in-law: Theresa Capaldi Sister: Linda Desideri Sister-in-law: Dawn (Capaldi) Rodriguez 3 nieces: Michelina "Scooter bum" Ballin Tiffiny Ballin and Lauren Ballin, whom he cherished Best friends: Ron and Jeanie Tucker Danielle Johnson Many co-workers and friends Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 3:30pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. Friends will be received on Saturday from 2pm to 4pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
