Obituary of Cesare V. Coslop

Cesare V. Coslop III, 67 years old, of Vineland passed away at his home on Friday, November 8th after a heroic battle with ALS "Lou Gehrig's Disease, due to Agent Orange use during the Vietnam War. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War where he did 2 tours of duty and received two Bronze Stars for Valor and the Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon. Cesare owned and operated Vineland Fence Company for over 30 years and worked for the Vineland Board of Education as a school bus driver for over 10 years. Cesare enjoyed deer hunting, especially with his son and all of his hunting buddies. He was a member of Vineland Recreation Club, The American Legion Post 4 of Vineland and the Disabled American Veterans Association. Cesare was a loving and devoted husband, father and pop-pop who loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed traveling to Cape Cod, Maine, and the casinos with his wife. Cesare was a person with a tender heart who loved life and lived everyday to the fullest. Cesare had no strangers in his life. He made friends wherever he went. His laughter was contagious and will be sadly missed. Cesare is predeceased by his parents Cesare V. Coslop Jr. and Ethel Jean (Norcross). He is survived by his wife Gisela €œ"Candy"€ Tuers of Vineland, one son Cesare V. Coslop IV (Janette) of Mullica Hill, two daughters Danica Coslop of Minotola and Lisa Burns(James)of Deerfield. Cesare loved and cherished his four grandchildren, Cesare V. Coslop V, Brady Coslop, Brittany Burns and Hunter Rose Burns. Four sisters, Janet McCann of Vineland, Jean Ivey of Maine, Gloria Schull and Georganne Gray both of Bridgeton and one brother Michael Coslop of Newfield and nieces and nephews. Two cousins Bert Morgan and Bud Coslop both of Vineland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Cesare's memory to the ALS Hope Foundation at www.ALSHopeFoundation.org Please join us in the Celebration of Cesare's Life on Saturday, November 16th from 12:00pm-2:00pm. At 2:00pm, all are welcome to share stories and memories of Cesare. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
