Obituary of Luz E. Rios Aviles

Our beloved mother, Luz E. Rios Aviles gained her wings and flew away on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Inspira Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was adored by all that touched her life. She cherished her children and grandchildren as the apple of her eyes! She always was giving and would warm your heart with her generosity. Luz enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loved caring for her birds and listening to music. Gardening was a must and weekend adventures included yard sales and the flea market with her children. She was an avid believer in self home improvement projects. Nothing was too big or small for this mighty angel. She enjoyed her work and her Chemglass family. Mom go home with the Lord, your family is waiting on you and rest. You will never be forgotten, you left your legacy and you were an incredible mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. Until we meet again dear mother-we love you. She is predeceased by her husband, Santos Aviles, her parents, Hipolito Rios and Angelina (Rodriguez), her sister, Ana Ramos and a brother, Angel Rios. Luz is survived by her children: Sandra E. Duran and husband Luis Santo Aviles and wife Pam Sandro Aviles and wife Angie 6 grandchildren: Tori, Antonio, Deja, Alexis, Thalia and Santos 7 siblings: Aida, Hector, Claudio, Evie, William, Margarita and Margie Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12noon at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Luz will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received on Thursday at the funeral home from 10am to 12noon.
