Maria Cruz Perez, 56 of Vineland, died Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden. Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Maria was a resident of Vineland for the past 25 years.
She owned and operated Rincn Puertoriqueo Grocery Store on 6th Street for many years. For the past several years, she was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and also enjoyed lending a helping hand to anyone that needed it.
She is survived by her companion of 12 years, Ricardo Castro of Vineland
3 daughters: Mayra, Clarisa, and Evelisa Aybar all of Vineland
9 grandchildren: Noel, Nayzelyn, Janeli, Nazaiah, Yoan, Anjelina,
Nejayden, Christian, Jr., and Jordyn
4 brothers and 4 sisters
A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday at 10am at the Divine Mercy Parish, St. Francis of Assisi Church, Vineland. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received on Sunday from 6pm to 8pm and again on Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
