Obituary of Alberto Arbona

Jose Alberto "Cano" Arbona, 67 of Vineland, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Cooper Medical Center, Camden surrounded by his loving family. Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico, Cano moved to Vineland in 1960.
He was employed by Joffee Lumber in Vineland for over 10 years as a truck driver.
Cano enjoyed playing dominoes, the guitar and playing for the Roberto Clemente Softball League. He especially enjoyed being with his family and grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents, Bartolo and Lydia (Garcia) Arbona and 2 brothers, Bartolome and Manuel Arbona.
Cano is survived by;
2 sons: Jose Alberto Arbona, Jr. and Alexander Arbona both of Vineland
2 daughters: Arlene and companion Anthony Lopez and Ariana Arbona
both of Vineland
2 brothers: Israel and Tony Arbona both of Vineland
1 sister: Iris "Mary" Arbona of Vineland
4 grandsons: Kyle, Samuel, Jason and Adrian Arbona all of Vineland
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received on Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm and again on Thursday morning from 9am to 11am at the funeral home.
