Rosaura "Rosa" Avila, 80 of Vineland passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014. Born in Camuy, Puerto Rico, Rosa was the beloved wife of the late Miguel Angel Avila; devoted mother of three; Jose, David & Sergio Sr. Avila. Rosa is also survived by her sisters; Erma Mendez of Patterson, NJ and Luz Maria Rivera, four grandchildren; Sergio Avila Jr, Damaris Avila, Jessica Avila and Carmencita Mercado, four great-grandchildren; Sergio Avila III, Noah Avila, Angelece Avila & Santino Avila.
A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday at 12noon at Divine Mercy Parish, St. Francis of Assisi Church, Vineland. Rosa will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Friends and Family will be received on Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland, NJ and again on Friday morning at the CHURCH from 11am to 11:45am.
