William "Bill" H. Watts, age 67, of Millville passed away Friday, December 19, 2014 at Inspira Medical Center. He was born January 4, 1947 in Philadelphia, PA. William was the son of the late George and Mary Virginia (nee Lees) Watts. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War from 1966 to 1970 and worked for the School District of Philadelphia as a Carpenter for 33 years. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Virginia Watts and his son, William A. Watts. William is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary Ellen Watts (nee Pflugfelder); and daughter Erica R. Fox (nee Watts); grandchildren, Emily S. Watts, Ethan W. Fox and Isabella R. DeLong. William is also survived by his half-brother, George Watts; half-sister, Carol Player (nee Watts), brother, Robert S. (Lucy) Watts; sister, Marilyn (Gerard) Montoni, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08361. Burial will be private. Family and friends will be received on Saturday at the funeral home from 2pm to 4pm. In lieu of flowers a donation in William's honor can be made to your local chapter of The Muscular Dystrophy Association.
