I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. May God almighty father of tender mercies and all comfort continue to comfort you all (2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4). Please know that God has promised to completely remove death, tears, mourning, outcry and pain (Revelation 21:4). Indeed we all eagerly anticipate the fulfillment of these promise. The Bible also provides assurance of a real hope of reuniting with our dead loved ones in the coming new world (John 5: 28, 29). At a time like this the Bible is a true source of comfort and you can read it online and also learn further about God's purposes at www.jw.org

Rip was passionate about life and it was contagious. He was a leader with a great spirit who knew how to build teams and teach others to do so. Because he helped leaders to be the best they can be, he exponentially has and will continue to touch the lives of those who are growing up and those who have more growing to do. Rip, Jan, and his family are in my thoughts and prayers and he will always be in my heart. Rest in peace my dearest friend.

To the Shivone family you have my deepest condolences, as I sit here and write this I think of how Rip saved my life when I was a child and gave me a chance to dance with the righteous people of the land, he help me grow from a lost and ignorant child of the streets into a productive citizen, for this I will always cherish his lessons and love him as a father figure. I'm lost for words for Rip has been on my mind so much lately, I wanted to just see him one more time to show him I did everything he instructed me too, I had a great career with juveniles and even wrote books to deter the youth from traveling down the road of destruction. I owe Rip so much, thank you for helping me be a great man for my children and family. I know heaven has it's gates wide open for you were an angel on earth, you did so much to help so many, I will always love you and tell my children and grand-children about you. Love Thomas Cors, family

Blessings family, My family and I send our deepest condolences for the lost of an awesome, kind, humble, man of great integrity.
Working with "Rip" was a true pleasure. His kind spirit was so beautiful and touching. God used him in many ways so noticeable and appreciated by many. He is still loved and missed in this body, but we are looking for that great day, when we will see him again.
