Richard B. Wilson, 85, of Vineland, died Sunday, January 11, 2015, at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Vineland, he was a lifelong resident and attended Vineland Public Schools.
He served in The United States Navy during WWII on the USS Purdy (DD734) and later in the Merchant Marine Coast Guard.
Richard was employed by Scott Wilson Hearing Aids, Bridgeton, NJ as a Hearing Aid Dispenser for over 30 years. He enjoyed traveling, his home and most of all being with his family and friends.
He is predeceased by his wife Julia, nee DeMarco, one brother William Clegg Wilson, and one sister Betsy Shaw Wilson Killie.
Survived by one son, Scott and wife, Belinda Wilson of Vineland, one granddaughter, Loren Wilson of Las Vegas, Nevada and one brother, John R. Wilson Sr. of Athens, Georgia.
