Obituary of Darrell J Piper

"DJ" Darrell John Piper, 53 of East Vineland, NJ passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 surrounded by his family and friends after a long battle with cancer. Born and raised in Millville he worked as a union plasterer for Local 8 and Baruffi Brothers for 25 years. DJ enjoyed gardening, wood working, fishing, camping with his family and best buds, the four legged fury family members. He was predeceased by parents; Earl F. and Anna Piper and sister, Ireane Piper. DJ will be sadly missed by his wife of 17 years, Janet (LaMarche) Piper; his brothers, Terry, Bob, Kenny, Brian and Earl Piper; his sisters, Cynthia Luciano and Carol Mason; 2 children, Emily and Eric Piper of Texas; his aunts, Mary Riley, Sophie Cox and Betty Lee; many nieces and nephews, cousins and great friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 7:30pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in his name to be sent to Tre Bellezze, LLC Restaurant, 363 Wheat Road, Vineland, NJ 08360.
