Elba Iris Arce, 82 passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center in Pomona, NJ, surrounded by her loving family.
A longtime member of Our Lady of Victories Church in Landisville, NJ, she loved gardening, cooking for the family, sewing and loved keeping the house in order.
Elba was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is predeceased by husband, Hermenegildo Arce and son, Adalberto Arce.
Survived by three children; George Ivan Arce and wife Millie of Puerto Rico, Carlos A Arce and wife Margarita of Vineland, and Miriam Mercado and companion Angel of Vineland, three brothers and two sisters; Jose Antonio Rivera of New York, Juan Luis Rivera of Puerto Rico, Pedro Rivera of Puerto Rico, Aida Motta of Landisville and Gladys Mont of Puerto Rico, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday at 11am at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, Our Lady of Victories Church, Landisville. Elba will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland and again on Thursday morning at the CHURCH from 9am to 10:45am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Carlos Arce 1341 Hawks Way Vineland, NJ 08360.
