Beverly and the entire Laimo family,
Please, accept my sincerest condolences in the passing of Paul. I served with Colonel Laimo throughout
his entire career in the USV and he was a fine commander.
I feel that I can speak for all of 2nd Regiment USV
that he was missed as our Colonel and will be missed from
now on even more.
I have taken over command of 2nd Regiment and I find
it to be a difficult task to fill his shoes. He will be missed by me especially as he was my friend and mentor.

Dear Bev,
I am very sorry for your loss, I have been wondering what you and Paul have been doing since the 72nd had split up I stayed in with the CW reenacting for a while and still with Buzz and Vie but I chose not to drive anymore due to my seizure disorder so getting around is difficult.
I only wanted to say I'm sorry,Paul was a grate guy and he will be missed by many. I hope to be at the viewing and if not I will be at the cemetery It's not far from Garden Rd. where I live... God Bless My Deepest Sympathy,
