Rita (Gizzi) Cugino, 94 of Vineland passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Bishop McCarthy Residence, Vineland. Born in Philadelphia, Pa, she had moved to Vineland in 1950.
Rita is a retired clothing worker from Dale Fashions, Vineland. She also worked for D'Ippolito School and the NJ Veterans Memorial Home, Vineland.
She enjoyed baking, cooking, walking and playing bingo.
Rita is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Frank Cugino and 1 brother, Anthony Gizzi.
She is survived by;
2 sons: Frank Cugino, Jr and his wife Ljudmila of Vineland
Gregory Cugino and wife Sharon of Pittsgrove Twp.
1 daughter: Rosemarie V. Capano of Vineland
Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren
A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday at 11am at Divine Mercy Parish, St. Francis of Assisi Church, 23 W Chestnut Ave., Vineland. Rita will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends will be received on Thursday morning from 9:30am to 10:45am at the CHURCH. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
