Obituary of Jesus Ayala - Rivera

Jesus "Chu" Ayala Rivera, of Vineland passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 surrounded by his family at the Lincoln Specialty Care Center, Vineland. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Chu was the owner of Ayala and Sons Auto Repair in Vineland for 18 years and he also owned and operated United Cab Services. Chu loved spending time with his family and was a member of the Spanish Assembly of God Church in Vineland. He was very active in helping out churches and enjoyed playing dominoes. Chu loved playing his guitar, and was a member of his family band the "Conjunto Miriam" in Puerto Rico in his earlier years. Chu is predeceased by his parents Agustin Ayala and Carmen Rivera, sister; Eva Ayala, daughters; Isabel, Carmen D., and Evelyn Ayala, son; Celestino Ayala, and brother; Agustin Ayala, Jr., He is survived by his children; Luis, Roberto, Marcos, Luz E., Migdalia, and Agustin Ayala, Jose Pagan, Jesus and Israel Ayala, brothers; Jose, Ramon and Samuel, sisters; Mirian, Maria C., Maria P., Carmen M., Luz E., and Alicia, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Friday morning at 10am at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Chu will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm and on Friday morning from 9am to 10am at the funeral home.
