MARIE PARKER (nee DiLullo) Marie Parker, 85, earned her wings to Heaven on Tuesday, March 9, 2016, at home surrounded by her loving family. Marie was born in Camden, New Jersey to the late Antoinette and Edward DiLullo. She graduated from Collingswood High School where she loved participating in the Drum and Bugle Corp. Later in life Marie earned a bachelor's degree in Social Work and then went on to work for the Camden County Board of Social Services. She married the late Andrew Parker in September 1955 and together they raised four beautiful daughters. Marie was a master gardener, loved crocheting, cooking, reading, listening to music, and family gatherings especially at Christmas time. She made the best meatballs and Easter baskets in the world. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of more than 50 years, Andrew F. Parker in 2006; and her siblings, Donald E. "Buddy" DiLullo and Antoinette "Dolly" Cox. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her daughters; Donna Clark of Maine, Andrea Parker of New Jersey, Denise Parker of New Jersey and Dorian Barrett of Virginia; grandchildren, Briana Powchak, Drew Barrett, Melissa Smith, Dominic Pugliese, Jason Smith, Mitchell Barrett, Andrew Barrett, Eric Wicker, and Eli Barrett; and fourteen great-grandchildren. The family would like to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude to the staff of Inspira Hospital, especially the nurses, Samantha and Jenn; and her guardian angel Silvia from Inspira Hospice Care. Together they made it possible for Marie to experience her final journey at home with those she loved. A memorial service and burial will be held at a later time. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Lung Association, Donation Processing Center, PO Box 7000, Albert Lea, MN 56007-8001; or the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
