Manuel "Neco" Matias, age 63 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.
Manuel was born in Utuado, PR to Candida Cortes and the late Efrain Matias. He was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather. He was the proud owner of Matias Water Ice. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and selling his water ice.
He is survived by his wife Betsy Matias, his children Omayra Rosa, Juan Galan, Sully Matias, Emanuel Matias, step children Maggie Laboy, Lily Laboy, and Johnny Laboy, as well as many grandchildren, brothers and sisters.
Funeral services and viewing will be held on Tuesday May 3, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland, NJ. A second service will be held in Lares, PR on Thursday, May 5th, and burial on Friday May 6th at Angeles Utuado, PR.
