Dear Family:
I did not know Mr. Wescott, but I know his grand daughter Gina Capra very well. Please accept my condolences for the loss of this great man, and please know that he had every reason to feel rich as a result of his family. He had every good reason to be proud of Gina for her capabilities, kindness and her amazing contribution to the health of Veterans like her grandfather living in rural areas of our great country. In listening to stories about his career and life, I am impressed with the blessing that he was to all.
