Jessica F. Platania, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 9, 2016. Jessica was a 2005 graduate of Buena Regional High School. She was a devoted and loving mother to her son, Zaidyn who was the light of her life.
She is predeceased by her grandparents, Gertrude and Thomas Getler and her uncle, William Edmeads.
She is survived by her husband and best friend of 10 years, Rafael Di Stasio, Jr., their son, Zaidyn Rafael Di Stasio; parents, Bernadette (Getler) Platania and Louis J. Platania, III; brothers, Louis J. Platania, IV and wife Kate, Thomas Platania and wife Kim; aunts, Trudy Getler and Jean Edmeads; cousins, Tim, Tyler, Heather and Lisa (who were more like sisters) and many other cousins, friends and loved ones.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 6pm-8pm with a funeral service being held at 7pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Louis J. Platania, IV in care of Zaidyn.
