Obituary of Russell K Andrews Jr.

Russell K Andrews, Jr, age 78 of Vineland, NJ passed away from a long illness surrounded by his wife and children at Bishop McCarthy in Vineland. Russ was born in Millville to Russell K. Andrews, Sr. and Helen Andrews-Gatier, and predeceased by his father Russell Andrews, Sr., his stepfather Stephen Gatier, and stepmother Grace Weldon Andrews. Russ was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. He is survived by his wife of 59 1/2 years, Bessie P (Amico) Andrews, daughter Debbie Gottardi (Michael), son Dale Andrews (Cindy), daughter Donna Hameier (John), sisters Carol Wooden (Walt) and Linda Gatier, brothers Stephen Gatier (Susan) and William Gatier (Sherrie). Russell was employed as an HVAC/Plumber his entire life with Local 322, Winslow. He was an avid boater, fisherman, shooter of sporting clay/skeet/trap and duck hunting, but spent most of his available time as a faithful servant to the Lord at Living Faith Alliance side by side with wife and best friend, Bessie. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
