Obituary of Laura Goldie

On May 18, 2017 Laura Goldie, age 47 of Millville, N.J. and formerly of little Falls, N.J., passed away at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, N.J. Laura was born in Pequannock, N.J. on January 17, 1970 at Chilton Memorial Hospital. Ms. Goldie was a resident of Millville, N.J for the past 45 years. She attended Millville Schools and was a member of the Millville High School marching band. After moving for a brief period, she graduated from Vineland High School Class of 1990. Then returned to Millville where she resided the remainder of her life. Laura is survived by 1 sister, Lisa Baker of Millville, NJ; 2 children , Cassandra Morgan of Tennessee and Christine Romanik of Millville NJ; one grandchild , Denise Morgan; her mother, Marion Berthold of Vineland NJ., and life partner of 27 years, William B. Romanik Jr. of Millville NJ. Being a fulltime homemaker, she lovingly cared for her family, friends, and pets. Laura lived life to the fullest in her own way with an amazing sense of humor and joy of life. She will always be remembered smiling with her puzzle books in hand. Laura will be missed greatly by her family and many life-long friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 11:30am at DeMarco- Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Laura will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, Millville. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Thursday morning from 10am to 12noon at the funeral home.
