Obituary of Neil L Kahle

Neil L. Kahle, 76 of Vineland, NJ., died Saturday, September 22, 2012 at home. Born in Lewisburg, Pa., he was a graduate of the Lewisburg Joint High School, Class of 1954.
He was a manager for Alexander Lumber Company in Vineland for 27 years. Neil was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp., during the Korean Conflict.
Neil enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member and past president of the F.O.E., current member of North Italy Club and the Recreation Club. He previously served as a volunteer fireman for Co. 1 in Vineland.
He is predeceased by his parents, James and Doris (Shirk) Kahle, his step-father, Clayton Brown and his step-mother, Irene Brown and brother, Dick Kahle.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley (Pick) Kahle, Daughters, Julie Marrero of Vineland and Terry Rafferty (Keith) of Milmay, brother Fred Kahle of York, PA., Grandchildren, Megan Marrero, Amber Marrero, Michael Romero, Susanna Romero and Kerry Rafferty and great grandchildren, Christopher Marrero, Blessing Johnson-Adams, Prophettes Johnson-Adams, Eric Johnson-Adams, and Jamal Robinson.
A Memorial service will be held on Monday, October 1st at 7pm at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. Friends will be received on Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in c/o Julie Marrero.
