First, I would like to offer my personal condolences to Lucille and the entire Luisi family.
Secondly, on behalf of all the dancers and music lovers at Giampietro Park, we would like to extend our gratitude to Joe for the wonderful music he provided for our dancing and listening enjoyment, throughout the years.
Rest in Peace Joe and as you always sang at the end of your program, "I did it My Way."

Lucille,
I was very saddened to learn of your loss of Joe. The two of you provided me with wonderful hospitality during my visit to south Jersey in the early 90s as I toured the various glass facilities after the printing of my book.
I saw things that very few glassblowers have a chance to see ALL because of Joe and I've always appreciated what he did for me.
He may have passed on but he's always alive in my heart.
Best to you,
Gary Coyne

Cousin Lucille and Luisi family. So sorry on your loss. Joe was a very gifted and talented family person. His glass blown art is awesome as well as his musical talents. I was for fortunate to have seen his works of art and heard his musical talents at your house. It was always great talking with him at family events as he always had a sharp mind. We are all enriched having known him. May he rest in peace and enter God's special place for all his good work on earth.

A most wonderful neighbor in the late 80's and 90's, I remember Joe very fondly. Always a bright spot with a wonderful smile, I so enjoyed his passion for the science of glassblowing and the time he took to further that passion. I am glad to have had the opportunity to get to know this gentle man. God bless Lucille and family during this time.

Uncle Joe is my god father. I have many found memories of time spent with him. He would always show us downstairs where he kept some of his artwork. He enjoyed singing to us as little kids and days on the beach are a few.
I myself was born in Vineland and have been back many times. My parents would take us to Ocean City each summer.
I have a catalog of uncle joe and his glass works, something I will save with my parents memories.
Sorry to hear he's no longer with us, but I remember what I was told when my parents passed. "Though they may not physically be here, the gift is in your heart and will always be there".
My thoughts and prayers are with you and uncle joe. He was and always will be one of the best.

So deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Joe, he was a huge influence, inspiration and help in establishing the life I now have. Thank you Joe and Lucille for your welcoming hearts to students far from home, and sharing with us your talents, dreams, and wonderful history. Your kindness will never be forgotten. May God bless you for all the love you have shown throughout the years.
Sincerely,
