Bobby Jean Speller of Bridgeton, NJ departed this life on Thursday, February 24, 2012 at the SJH Hospice Care, Bridgeton. She was born and raised in Bridgeton, NJ on August 8,1951. She graduated from Bridgeton High School and also went to J.T.P.A, and Cumberland County College. She was employed at Tri County, Bridgeton Evening News, Prison Ministry and Bridgeton Hospital. Bobby was a beautiful singer and Preacher annointed by God. She was a Devotional leader in church and porter. Bobby was a very faithful woman of God. She sang with Madam Thomas New Sound Thomas Singers, Loretta Brown and Vision. She was also a song writer. Surviving are mother: Pastor Rose Lee Thomas, Husband: Reggie Speller, Daughter: Lashanda Thomas, Grandchild: Jair Jonna Peyton, Son: Norman Burroughs, and God children. Surviving Siblings, Edward C. Thomas Jr ( Kalisa Thomas), David Thomas, James Thomas ( Denise Thomas ), Andy D Thomas ( Lydia Thomas), Helen Thomas, Lydia Long ( Donald Long ), Loretta Brown ( Fred Brown ), Cynthia Luckett ( Jeffery Luckett ) ,Angie Joynes ( Cater Joynes ), and a host of nieces, nephews,cousins and other family members. Services will be held Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11am at the Evanglistic Gospel World Mission Church, 270 Bank Street, Bridgeton, NJ. Burial will follow in Laurel Lawn Cemetery, Bridgeton. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 9-11am at the church. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
