Joseph F. Bellusci, Jr. "Poppy", 76 of Millville, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at home, surrounded by his family. Joe was born in Vineland, NJ and was a graduate of Vineland High School. He served in the United States Army in the 1st Calvary Division during the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement he worked as a warehouse manager at Progresso Foods for many years, Gorton's Seafood in Millville and lastly as a general manager for T & T Freezers in Vineland. Joe was a devoted member of the Double Oaks Gun Club in Cedarville. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, gardening, loved cooking great Italian meals for his family and friends and watching NASCAR. He was very dedicated to his family and will be greatly missed by them. He is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Concetta (Bruno) Bellusci and brother, Eugene Bellusci. Joe is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary Ellen (Bowser) Bellusci; two sons, Justin (Danielle) Bellusci and Mario (Kelly Perry) Bellusci; one sister, Genevieve Marcucci; five grandchildren, Hailee, Mario Jr., Matthew, Lea Bellusci and Matthew Coulter; several nieces, nephews, cousins especially Anna Bauman and Alison Trovarelli and other extended family. Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 9am to 10:45am at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Isidore the Farmer Church, 1655 Magnolia Road, Vineland, followed by a funeral mass at 11am. Joe will be laid to rest at the Cumberland Co. Veterans Cemetery, Trench Road, Bridgeton, NJ. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
