Obituary of Jonathan Vazquez

Jonathan "Johnny" Vazquez, age 38, of Vineland, NJ, died on Sunday, May 13, 2018. Born on May 21, 1979 in Vineland, he was the son of Hector Manuel Vazquez, Sr. and Rachel Velez. Johnny worked as a graphic designer at Garden State Highway Products, Inc., for the past 16 years. He was a 1997 graduate of Vineland Senior High School North and studied Computer Science at Stockton. He had a great sense of humor and a passion for technology and electronics. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His smile and laughter will be greatly missed. Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Hector Manuel Vazquez, Sr., his great-grandmother, Juana Delgado, his grandmothers, Filomena Perez and Antonia Claudio, and his beloved cousin, Jennifer Elise Rivera. He is survived by his mother, Rachel Velez (Hector); brother, Hector M. Vazquez, Jr. (Kelly); sister, Johanna Cavagnaro (Craig); niece, Mariah; nephew, Connor; grandfather, Rev. Guillermo Perez; his girlfriend, Gina Franco, and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends that he dearly loved. Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 9am to 11am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland, NJ. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11am.
