Brian Patrick Phillips Brian P. Phillips, 60, of Millville passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018. He was born in Chester, PA and graduated from Vineland High School, Class of 1975. He held a B.A. in Mathematics from Rowan University. Brian was self-employed in the flooring industry. He was an avid listener to all kinds of music including Opera, Frank Sinatra, The Grateful Dead, Phish, The Indigo Girls, Bob Dylan and Blue Grass Music. Brian was a talented guitar player and enjoyed jamming when he was not volunteering or working at festivals. Brian was a Traffic and Safety Assistant Crew Chief at the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, which he attended and/or worked at for nearly 30 years. Brian is survived by his son, Riley Phillips; sister, Sharon Pagliughi (John) of Bristow VA; brothers, Steven Phillips (Terri) of Chesapeake VA, and Barry Phillips (Beth) of Martinsburg WV; partner Jean McAndrew of Vineland; a niece and several nephews, and many friends. He was predeceased by his son, Ryan Phillips, and his parents, Richard and Lee Phillips. Friends will be invited to celebrate Brian's life at a memorial service to be held at a later date and time. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, friends are requested to send a tax deductible donation to The Grey Fox Educational Fund, For Use by The Bluegrass Academy for Kids, 705 Towson Road, Towson, MD 21204.
