Obituary of William J. Pomerantz

William J. Pomerantz, 62 died after a lengthy illness surrounded by family and friends on October 7, 2012 at Salem Memorial Hospital. Born in New York, Bill has resided in Vineland for over 30 years. Bill owned and operated The Pomerantz Agency and was a representative for Calton and Associates. Bill has held many professional certifications. He has been recognized as a member of The Million Dollar Round Table, a premier association of the world's leading life insurance and financial services professionals. He was a member of many local civic and business associations involved in the Vineland community. He was the son of the late Louis and Eleanor Pomerantz. He is survived by his sister; Andrea Cummings and husband Bill, cousins, Arlene Canale and Nancy DeMello, nephew Ryan, nieces Carolyn and Lindsay. A memorial service will be offered at 12noon at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland, NJ where friends may call from 10am to 12noon. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the YMCA of Vineland, 1159 E. Landis Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360.
