Louis E. Battle, Jr. was born on December 7, 1960 in Philadelphia, PA. Louis, affectionately known as 'Butch", passed away on March 26, 2021 at Inspira Health Center.
Butch leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife, Joyce Battle; one daughter, Jennifer Battle (grandson, Vaughn Phillips); four sons, Louis E. Battle, III (William), Bryan Battle, Kevin Battle (Angel) and Brian Gillespie (Sonja); mother, Thelma Roberson; three sisters, Beverly Merritt (James), Vivian Stevenson (Jimbo) and Glenda Hines (Vinny); one brother, Kenneth Battle (Davette); several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Louis E. Battle, Sr.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 10am to 11am, followed by funeral services from 11am to 12pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
