Titi Debbie will be greatly missed. Growing up with countless sleep overs with my cousin Sasha at her house, I came to think of Titi Debbie as a second mama. She always brought us to church and Sunday school. I remember eating some of the best pastelillos after those Sunday services. I truly admired her strength, and her enduring love for our Lord. It had been a few years since I last saw her before my move down to TN. The last time I saw her she embraced me with such a warm and loving hug. She told me that I was beautiful and smiled at me. I could see the peace of God in her eyes and the love in her smile. It’s like she knew it would be the last time we saw one another in person. Since then, she often sent me encouraging messages through Facebook and Messenger. She was a light in this world, and I was so blessed to know her and call her my aunt. She used her life to fulfill the great mission. I’ll always love you Titi Debbie. “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.”- Matthew 5:14
