Gilbert, I can’t believe you’re gone. It hurts and it’s not fair. I loved the years we worked together and I love that we have never stopped staying in touch. I know how much you’ve been through. I am comforted to know that this goodbye between us is only temporary. We talked about Jesus together a lot. I know you are safe in His care, and I will see you again. You are so special and the world won’t be the same without you. Your life, compassion, humor, talent and kindness made a huge impact on so many. It definitely touched my heart. I love you, my friend. I look forward to singing karaoke together when it’s my time to join you!
