I don’t know where to start with memories with you because we have so much of them, i will share one of the best ones, was when I dressed up as santa claus and surprised you on your birthday. Your face lit up and i felt so good seeing you light up. You were such a terrific uncle, you even facetimed me when we didn’t see each other for a while. I love you very much tio. And we could of won the last game of dominoes we played as partners lol…

Our deepest condolences, from the Cosme family. Welo was a great man. He accepted our children as his grand babies too. He was always there to celebrate our joys and to support during any hardships- in any way he could. It’s not goodbye, this is just a see you later. We know you are seated with God in heaven helping him prepare a place for us when it is our time. Rest easy Welo.
