Obituary of Nancy Lois Crane

Nancy Crane (nee Montgomery), 69, of Newfield passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Saturday, November 18, 2023, surrounded by her family after battling an extended illness. Nancy was born in Woodbury, NJ to Joseph and Helen Montgomery on September 7, 1954. She attended Clearview High School, which is where she met her husband of 53 years, Robert Crane. They had 3 children together and made their home in Newfield. Nancy worked as a dispatcher for Comcast from 1999 until 2015 when she retired. Prior to that, she worked at PNC Bank as a teller.

Nancy loved being around her family. She was happiest gathering at her daughter's house with everyone, conversing on the deck with a cup of coffee. She will always be remembered for her kindness and her ability to see the good in everybody. She will also be remembered for being fancy.

Nancy was predeceased by her brother, Charles (Chuck) Montgomery, her mother, Helen Montgomery, and her father, Joseph Montgomery. She is survived by her husband, Robert Crane Sr., her daughters, Renee (Richard) Saull, Candice (Joseph) Crane-Rauner, and her son Robert Crane Jr, her brothers Joseph (Kathy) Montgomery and Michael Montgomery. Nancy is also survived by her grandchildren Amanda (Timothy) DeLouise, Ciana (Timothy) Schnell, Lauren Saull, Dominic Seidel, Gianna Crane, JR Crane, and Anthony Crane, and great-grandchildren Hayden Grablow, Timothy DeLouise Jr, Norah DeLouise, and Veda Schnell.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home - 2775 S. Lincoln Ave, Vineland, NJ 08361, followed by a service at 7:30pm.
