Betty was for so many years one of the pillars of the First United Methodist Church in Millville. She served as Lay Leader during a particularly difficult period for the church and performed her duties with compassion and elan. Her heart was always in the right place, and she always performed her good deeds for the right reasons. I am comforted that she is now receiving the “crown of life� that the Lord reserves for those who faithfully serve Him.
